Located on Hearsall Lane in the Earlsdon area of Coventry. A couple of minutes walk from the No. 12 bus stop going to Warwick University campus and within easy reach of the city centre and Coventry University.

Rent is £895 per month which works out at less than £52 per student per week!

Rent includes Broadband Internet and Cable TV. The gas, water and electricity bills are the responsibility of the tenants.

Each room is furnished with a bed, desk, office chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers bedside unit and bookcase. There is a separate lounge with easy chairs/sofa, cable TV and sideboard. The large Kitchen has a Gas Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Washing Machine and a table & chairs. There is one bathroom and one shower room.
